Large-Scale Storage Solutions
By the 2020s, the company focused increasingly on cold and frozen storage, with capacities reaching thousands of cubic meters. Coldex solutions became more advanced and energy-efficient.
Project-Based Design
Coldex began offering more tailored solutions to its clients, utilizing modern 3D design tools and energy efficiency calculations. This solidified Coldex's role as a provider of demanding custom projects.
Expansion in Finland
In the 2010s, Coldex expanded its operations in the Finnish market. The company gave used equipment a second life, supporting sustainable development and reducing environmental impact.
Founding of Coldex Oy
In 2002, Coldex Oy was established in Hollola. Initially, the focus was on servicing and exporting used refrigeration equipment. At the same time, Finnish air conditioning and cooling technologies were brought to international markets.
First Steps in Refrigeration Technology
