What personal information we collect

The Customer Register may process information in the following categories that is relevant and appropriate for the purpose of entering into, executing and maintaining the Agreement.

Data processing

We process your information in a lawful, confidential and secure manner. We have taken all necessary technical measures to ensure that only authorized persons have access to the data. All our servers and the information we store are physically located in Finland by Finnish service providers.

 

Analytics

We use Google Analytics analytics software on the site. This software records users' IP addresses and sets cookies to help us analyze site usage. We do not monitor and cannot track individual user actions at the IP address level, but all analytics data is processed at aggregate level, either for all site visitors or subsets created from it. Google Analytics retains data for 26 months.

 

How long will my personal data be kept?

We will not keep your personal information for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was used or as required by the contract or the law. However, the retention periods of personal data may vary depending on the purpose and the situation.

 

What rights do you have to your information?

You can also request the removal of your personal information. The right to delete personal information does not apply to personal data that we need to retain for contractual, legal or security reasons.
