Our Working Principles - The Green Choice

Getting rid of refrigeration equipment is both difficult and expensive. And when you get rid of your old equipment, you have to replace it with new. It is to be hoped that the new equipment will operate at least as well and with the same operating principles as the retiring equipment.
A Responsible Choice
When old furniture is dismantled and brought to us, it is thoroughly inspected. During the inspection, we will create a detailed report on which parts need to be replaced and what is needed to improve the condition of the equipment.
Despite the high level of recycling in Finland, refrigeration equipment puts more pressure on the environment than other appliances. The chemicals and metals used in refrigeration equipment make them particularly challenging for recycling. When released directly into the nature, these substances are very harmful. What is done to the equipment?
The process involves renovating equipment internally and externally. The equipment is washed and cleaned. Dents and scratches are removed and broken parts are replaced. The machinery is thoroughly inspected and, after leakage tests, the parts are replaced if necessary. During this process, we make sure that all standards and modern standards are met. The above measure can, by itself, significantly reduce the electricity consumption of the equipment. In addition, LED lamps and new electricity-efficient fans can be replaced with fluorescent lamps, further reducing the power consumption. Finally, the equipment is painted and the surfaces are finished so that you do not even notice the difference with the new setup. The end result is an environmentally friendly product that creates jobs and brings clear financial savings to the purchasing decision maker.
